Have done multiple consultative engagements to set up Forecasting COE and defining the R&R of various teams involved. Have contributed to many thought leadership articles and part of the core team that built the agentic forecasting platform which were implemented across multiple clients. Have been a trusted partner across 10+ mid to large pharma companies.
Business Performance Reporting: Built Tableau, Excel and Power BI dashboards from scratch for executive leadership and field teams. Managed end-to-end processes in terms of requirement gathering, dashboard design, development and deployment. Strong expertise in coordinating with team members with multiple skillsets across technology(IT), business and data science teams. Have designed and managed dashboards for clients across US, EU, MENA, LATAM & APAC covering SFE, sales, marketing and inventory reporting.
Marketing Mix & Brand Analytics: Delivered marketing mix and SFE analytics across US, Australia and EU. Drove thought leadership in promotional ROI, channel optimization and marketing analytics processes.
